What We Do: Our Ministry Programs
Cadets
Meeting Tuesdays from 7pm to 9pm during the school year, Cadets is for boys grades 3 to 8 and teaches hands-on skills and Bible lessons. The program offers badge-based learning activities to foster individual advancement and team building.
Coffee Break
Small group Bible discovery for evangelism and discipleship held every other Wednesday morning. Children up to 4 years old participate in Little Lambs and Story Hour, programs designed to introduce Bible stories about God and his son Jesus. Babysitting provided for little ones.
Community Meals
Ministering to the community with a free hot dinner every other Tuesday at 5:15 from November to April. We come "not to be served but to serve others".
Friendship Group
Meeting Monday nights from September to May, Friendship Group encourages spiritual growth for people with intellectual disabilities through bible study, singing, and prayer.
GEMS
Girls grades 3 to 8 meet weekly on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm to learn about God, His Word and His world through lessons and badge activities. The program builds relationships with other girls and program leaders while developing a closer walk with Jesus.
Nursery
A ministry designed to provide safe care for children from birth to two years of age during worship services. There is a large open room for playing, a quiet room for children that need to sleep or nursing mothers, and a private bathroom.
Sunday School
Classes are offered for ages 3 to grade 8 during the school year, teaching bible stories and moving into catechism beliefs in later grades. Takes place during and after Sunday morning worship services, please see the bulletin for schedule.
VBS
This program runs for one week in the summer for church and community children. VBS is a biblically based, energetic program that connects our church with the greater community. Program dates are typically announced in spring.
Youth Group
Bringing high-school aged youth together in community once a week with lessons and bible study, service projects, and games. Meets Wednesdays during the school year from 7pm to 9pm.
